The price per copy is $10.00 ($10.88 for California residents) plus shipping. Several shipping options are offered.

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

For orders being sent to US addresses, two shipping options via the United States Postal Service (USPS) are offered:

Banner Text Media Mail (also called Book Rate)—This may take ~7-10 days.

Banner Text Priority Mail—This should take ~3 days (but USPS does not guarantee that shipping time).

The actual shipping time will, of course, depend upon the destination's distance from Oakland, CA.

Overseas orders can be accepted from Canada, Mexico, and all other PayPal-approved countries. One overseas shipping option via USPS is offered:

Banner Text Global priority—This should take ~5-10 days.

Regardless of the shipping method:

Books purchased via personal check will be shipped within two business days of payment clearing. (Allow ~1 week for the bank to process checks.)

If purchased via money order, books will be shipped within two business days of receipt of payment.

Orders placed via PayPal will be processed and shipped within two business days of the PayPal transaction.
